I am a wife, mother of three and an analytics professional, who lives in a great town in Northern California. I am happiest when I’m learning something new, I had a great early morning run, I’m in the middle of a good book, and I already know what’s for dinner…
I started running about seven years ago. I was overweight and doing Weight Watchers. I realized that running would give me the most activity points for my time, so that’s what I decided to do for exercise. I was so out of shape I could only run for about a minute. I started doing an online run/walk program called Running for Women, and was soon running 10Ks, then half marathons, and finally a marathon. If I can become a runner, anyone can.
